Supplier to the park home and lodge industries, Omar Group, has acquired UK Sundecks, a supplier of high-end decking products.

Father and son, Dave and Jake Randle, lead UK Sundecks and this backing by Omar will enable the family business to take on larger contracts for large, greenfield lodge sites.

Omar Group, who were first backed by Rutland Partners in April last year, is led by chairman Dean Westmoreland. The company’s brand portfolio includes Omar Park & Leisure Homes, Wessex Unique Lodges & Park Homes, Omar Park Development Services, Omar Refurbishment Services and Boutique Lodges.
