Two weeks ago, Aaron Henning, Praesumo Partner, and his friend, John Penn took on the challenge of a lifetime as they travelled 150 miles in 48 hours on three modes of transport.

The Rat Race Coast to Coast weekend was a gruelling 150-mile challenge that involved them running, bike riding and kayaking across the Scottish Highlands. Over the two days, they tackled the elements in the biggest physical challenge of their lives and thankfully had a few stunning sights to keep them going!

Speaking about the testing weekend, Aaron said: “It was a physically exhausting journey, but the views and breath-taking beauty of Cawdor Castle, Loch Ness, Glen Nevis and Glen Coe, along with the knowledge that we were doing something great for two fantastic charities spurred us on”.

The epic challenge they embarked on saw them set a target of £3,000 which they will split between two charities – Children With Cancer UK and St George’s Crypt, Leeds.
