Ctrl, formerly part of Deloitte in the Netherlands, has been acquired by MUIS Software, the accounting and administration software provider which is backed by Main Capital.

Working with financial service providers for the SME market and larger companies, Ctrl has developed an online collaboration platform that is both GDPR compliant and supports the workflow of accountants and tax advisors.

This acquisition means that MUIS is able to offer a total solution for accountants and administration offices looking to increase automation and optimise customer contact by automating repetitive work.
