Evoke Creative, a manufacturer of digital technology products for businesses, has been invested in by The BGF with an investment reported to be worth £6m.
The Wirral-based firm employ roughly 75 employees and are producers and manufacturers of creative products that include self-service kiosks, video walls, digital signs and payment terminals. Their previous clients include Google, the Vue Cinema chain and Debenhams.
Evoke was advised on the transaction by Grant Thornton and DTM, and the BGF by DWF and Checkup.
Other investments made by the BGF in recent months include ones in IT consultancy HeleCloud and car technology business Lightfoot.
