Go Plant Fleet Services, part of the Endless portfolio, has entered into a deal worth over £13m with it’s acquisition of a large proportion of assets of Gulliver’s Truck Hire.
Go Plant, based in Leicestershire, is a vehicle provider that merged with Essential Fleet Services in 2017. They currently employ just under 800 members of staff across 44 depots throughout the UK. They have reportedly had a successful twelve months,having recently secured a contract with Harrow Council worth more than £25m.
Speaking of the deal, Commercial Director, Mark Gailmore said that he hoped it would “enhance our capacity to deliver an all-encompassing solution for specialist commercial vehicles” and it is estimated to boost Go Plant’s revenue to approximately £85m,
Investment Director at Endless, Mathew Jubb said “this deal adds to a series of other outstanding achievements” of Go Plant in the last twelve months.
The Go Plant Fleet Services team were supported by the Endless LLP deal team, led by Matthew Jubb and Linda Nguyenova.
Endless is currently investing in Fund IV, a £525m vehicle.
